One common problem is the following. If you browse to the dot CSV file and open it in Excel, and only the first column is displayed and not the other columns, then it could be a problem with the list separator settings on your system. So in other words, you just see one column an not the other columns. That means Excel did not know how to seperate the data and is just showing you the first column. This setting can be changed under the advanced setting of your system regional settings.

We are mostly able to resolve the problem through WhatsApp. Otherwise we can schedule a video call we prefer using MS Teams, but also have most of the other applications installed like Skype or Zoom.
